Shipping Policy

UK Delivery

 

All products need to be paid for in full before they are dispatched, if you would like to change or amend the delivery address or name on an order please contact lucy@arratextiles.co.uk as soon as possible.

 

Online orders are processed on Thursday's, Friday's, Saturday's and Sunday's. Smaller online orders will be sent via Royal Mail 48hr tracked delivery. As the studio is fairly far north, the Royal Mail has advised that they are not always able to stay within the 48hr delivery aim but orders will be trackable during this time. Proof of postage is available on request.

 

Studio pickup is available for all orders.

Please get in touch if you have any special shipping requirements such as removal of price tags for gifts or if you would like a postcard message included.​

Larger Tracked packages may be sent via DPD.

Delivery To The Rest Of The World

Prices in the online shop are shown in GBP. Please be aware that there is a high chance that your order may attract import duty, handling charges and local taxes which you will have to pay on receipt of your delivery. The levels and thresholds of charges vary from country to country, Arra Textiles has no control over or responsibility for these extra fees and is not able to advise on what these may be. Please contact the embassy or customs authority of the destination country for help, either directly or via their websites.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you wish to cancel or change your order before it is dispatched, please contact us at lucy@arratextiles.co.uk as soon as you can. Orders will be refunded minus any payment processing fees.

 

To return an item please contact us by emailing lucy@arratextiles.co.uk within 7 days of delivery and before returning any order. 

 

We hope you will be satisfied by your Arra Textiles purchase, but if for any reason you are not, we are happy to exchange products for up to 14 days after purchase as long as they have not been used/worn and still have any tags attached. Items returned out-with the 14 day period will only be accepted if the return has been authorised by Arra Textiles first. Please note that your statutory rights will not be affected.

 

Unless returned due to damage, refunds will be made minus any card transaction fees or pay pal fees. Postage costs will not be refunded and any import/handling/customs fees on the returned item will be deducted from the refund total.

Please contact Arra Textiles within 14 days of delivery with any details of damage or undelivered orders. If you fail to do this Arra Textiles will not accept responsibility for the damage and will not be obliged to offer a refund. 

​

For UK orders which are undelivered please allow 30 working days from postage date before a refund or replacement can be organised.

​

For anything purchased as a gift, we will be happy to exchange items for another colourway within 14 days of the purchase date, as long as the item is unworn and in the same condition as it was sold in and proof of purchase is provided.

​

Refunds will be sent in the payment method where possible minus any card transaction fees unless an item is returned due to damage.

​

You are responsible for repackaging any returns to a suitable standard and we reserve the right to deduct any costs incurred by any items damaged due to unsuitable packaging. 

​

Items are considered your property until it arrives with us and we can not be responsible for any returned items which do not arrive. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs and any possible customs/duty/handling fees of returned or exchanged items if not within the UK.

​

Arra Textiles is not responsible for any customs or duty charges including those payable on returned orders.

​

For any parcels returned or refused due to higher customs/import charges than expected; we reserve the right to deduct all costs incurred from the refund amount.

​

Items bought during a sale at a discounted price are final and non refundable.

​

Items bought through retailers such as a gallery, must be returned to the outlet they were purchased at. E.g. The gallery or retailer the receipt is from.

​

Workshop Cancellations & Delays

Workshops are refundable within 48 hours of purchase minus any card and payment transaction/ processing fees. After the 48 hours, workshops are non refundable unless there is a waiting list. All workshop refunds will be minus any card or payment transaction/processing fees.

​

Workshops booked through Eventbrite are organised by the respective venues and we have no control over refunds, cancellations or added booking fees.

​

If a workshop has to be rescheduled due to a situation beyond our control eg. local Covid restrictions, inclement weather conditions etc. then we will work with you to find a new date, you will not lose your place on a workshop!

​

If you or one of your close contact tests positive for Covid-19 or has contact with someone who suspects they may have Covid-19 in the 10 days before your workshop is due to start please let me know as soon as possible and we can reschedule for a later date. You will not lose your place and there will be no extra charges but I'd like for everyone including myself to feel comfortable and be safe during the workshop.
